Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

  Take your packaged fan or accessory to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location to ensure your return is tracked and safely transported to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
